Basketball Recap: Gracie Caughron Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Graham

The Lee Generals earned a 56-49 victory over the Graham G-Men on Friday.

Lee's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gracie Caughron, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 20 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Kinley Huff, who shot 43% from the field en route to 21 points along with eight boards and seven assists.

The victory got Lee back to even at 1-1. As for Graham, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Lee didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 53-29 defeat against Varsity Opponent on the 6th. As for Graham, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 48-42 loss against Unicoi County on the 6th.
