Football Recap: Hartselle's Undefeated Season over After Nine Games + How To Watch

Hartselle lost against Muscle Shoals back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tigers took a hard 31-17 fall against the Trojans. The Tigers were up 14-0 in the first quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.

When it comes to explaining why Hartselle lost, don't look at Cain Falciani. Despite the final result, he picked up 126 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. Jase Hopper also deserves some recognition as he posted his first receiving yards of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Hartselle fell to 8-1. As for Muscle Shoals, the win keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hartselle will host Mortimer Jordan at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. That matchup will pit two of the most dominant backs against one another: Jaheim Pruitt and Parker Reno. As for Muscle Shoals, they will face off against Austin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Trojans will need to watch out since the Black Bears have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games.
