Jaycie Broshear made a splash no matter where she played. She struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off seven hits (and only one walk). Broshear has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks every time she's pitched this season. Broshear was also big at the plate, scoring a run while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
In other batting news, Madison Ferrell was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while going 2-for-3. Evelyn Henson was another key contributor, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 2-for-5.
