Softball Recap: First Baptist School Triumphs

On Wednesday, the First Baptist School Hurricanes were able to grind out a solid win over the Charleston Math & Science Riptide, taking the game 7-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hurricanes.

First Baptist School's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Charleston Math & Science, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. First Baptist School will host Hilton Head Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Charleston Math & Science, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Timberland at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
