Softball Recap: Omro Takes a Loss

Omro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 14-5 to the Berlin Indians. That's two games in a row now that the Foxes have lost by exactly nine runs.

Emelia Levezow made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and got on base in two of her four plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run.

Omro's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Berlin, their win ended a nine-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-11.

Coincidentally, Omro and Berlin will both be playing Markesan the next time they take the field. The Foxes will head out to face the Hornets at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Indians will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
