Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Dodd City). They blew past the Fannindel Falcons 57-34 on Friday. The Hornets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Falcons, too.
 Several Falcons players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Kalob Runnels, who  posted 15  points and eight  rebounds. Runnels' evening made it six games in a row in which  he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Terren Judkins, who  earned ten points and five  boards.
Dodd City moved to 7-18 with that  victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Fannindel, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost ten of their last 12 games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record  this season.
 Dodd City has already played their next contest,  a  45-42  defeat against Miller Grove on the 14th. As for Fannindel, they also  didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  59-49  loss against Ector on the 14th.
