Kossuth waltzed into their game on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Simpson Academy Cougars 11-1. The result was nothing new for the Aggies, who have now won four contests by ten runs or more so far this season.

Noah Caldwell and Dylan Davis did most of the damage at the plate: Caldwell went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI, while Davis went a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI and one double. That stolen base was Caldwell's first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ayden Wilbanks, who got on base in two of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run.

Kossuth's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Simpson Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.

Looking ahead, Kossuth will square off against Germantown at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Simpson Academy, they will challenge Wyandotte at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
