Basketball Recap: Medford Takes a Loss

Medford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 27th straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Triton Cobras 91-62. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 420th, while the Cobras are ranked 122nd).

Medford's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Triton, they pushed their record up to 14-4 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Medford has already played their next match (against New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Triton has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against St. Charles.
