St. Augustine strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Legacy School of Sport Sciences Titans 68-40. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Purple Knights' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked seventh in Louisiana, while the Titans are ranked 282nd in Texas).

St. Augustine's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Legacy School of Sport Sciences, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 2-2.

Coming up, St. Augustine will be playing at home against Warren Easton at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Purple Knights will need to watch out since the Fighting Eagles have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Legacy School of Sport Sciences, they will take on Franklin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
