Basketball Recap: Crofton Continues Road Dominance on Tuesday

Crofton won the last time they faced Wayne and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Crofton Warriors came out on top against the Wayne Blue Devils by a score of 45-34. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska basketball rankings (they are ranked 13th, while the Blue Devils are ranked 93rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Several Blue Devils players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Haley Kramer, who posted 11 points and four steals. Elle Powicki was another key player, putting up six points.

Crofton's win was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-2. As for Wayne, they now have a losing record at 8-9.
