Volleyball Recap: Ventura Gets the Win

Ventura saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wolves by a score of 2-0.

Ventura not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Wiseburn- Da Vinci between 16 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-16.

Ventura's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Wiseburn- Da Vinci, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ventura will host Valencia at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Vikings will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more sets each match than the last. As for Wiseburn- Da Vinci, they will face off against Venice at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
