Basketball Recap: Brooklyn Collegiate Takes a Loss

Brooklyn Collegiate was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 87-63 to the Wagner Falcons. Brooklyn Collegiate was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Wagner apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Brooklyn Collegiate's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Wagner, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season.

Brooklyn Collegiate will welcome South Shore at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Brooklyn Collegiate knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully South Shore likes a good challenge. As for Wagner, they are taking a road trip to take on Thomas Jefferson Campus at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Thomas Jefferson Campus will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Wagner surely won't give up without a fight.
