Baseball Recap: Stonewall Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Stonewall's offense. They came up short against the Tupelo Tigers on Friday, falling 6-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Longhorns in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost five in a row.

Stonewall's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Tupelo, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Stonewall will head out to face off against Rock Creek at 9:00 a.m. on Monday. As for Tupelo, they will challenge Caddo at 3:45 p.m. on Monday.
