Volleyball Recap: Elgin Comes Up Short

Elgin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Clinton Red Tornadoes, falling 3-0. The Owls were not able to make up for their loss to the Red Tornadoes from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Elgin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Elgin has already played their next game (against Duncan), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Clinton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Corn Bible Academy on the 15th.
