Volleyball Game Preview: Trinity Prep Saints vs. Pinecrest Lakes Prep Eagles

The Trinity Prep Saints will square off against the Pinecrest Lakes Prep Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Trinity Prep is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Orlando Science as they made off with a 3-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Saints sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row dating back to last season.

Trinity Prep's got stronger as the match went on, holding Orlando Science to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-14, 25-9.

Meanwhile, Pinecrest Lakes Prep made easy work of Orlando Science on Wednesday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Pinecrest Lakes Prep never let Orlando Science on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-19, 25-23.

Trinity Prep got the 'W' when the teams last played back in April of 2025 against Pinecrest Lakes Prep by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Saints repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
