Volleyball Recap: Lawrence County Takes a Loss

Lawrence County saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the Mountain Brook Spartans.

Alivia Terry paced Lawrence County's offense, picking up five kills. Terry got some help from Ava Templeton and her six assists. Terry was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Lawrence County now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Mountain Brook, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Coincidentally, Lawrence County and Mountain Brook will both be playing Brandon the next time they take the court. The Red Devils will head out to face the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Spartans will head out to face them at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
