Soccer Recap: Richards Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Richards can now relate to. They came up short against the Joliet Central Steelmen on Friday, falling 15-0. Richards just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

Richards' defeat dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Joliet Central, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-13.

Richards does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Joliet Central, they will take on Lincoln-Way East at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Lincoln-Way East will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Joliet Central surely won't give up without a fight.
