Recap: Milford Eagles vs. Turpin Spartans

The Milford Eagles were the 46-22 winner over the Turpin Spartans when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Milford fell just short of Turpin by a score of 45-43. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Milford came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 76th, while Turpin is ranked 237th).

The team also got some help courtesy of Gabby Chadwell, who scored nine points along with six rebounds and two blocks.

Milford struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only four offensive rebounds. They are 11-6 when they can't control their own glass like that.
