Zynaeja Leary Game Report: @ Washington County

A big congratulations to Zynaeja Leary, who posted at least five blocks for the first time in her career. She posted no points along with ten boards and five blocks, but sadly Bertie still had to take a 66-30 loss at the hands of Washington County. We rated that as her best performance since Tuesday, when she went 7 of 12 en route to 15 points in addition to eight rebounds and six steals.

Leary and Bertie are taking a road trip to challenge North East Carolina Prep at 6:00 p.m. on January 24th. The Falcons got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Husky, probably because Leary had a solid game then too: she went 7 for 12 on her way to 15 points along with eight boards and six steals.
