Soccer Game Preview: Okeechobee vs. Vero Beach

The Okeechobee Brahmans will take on the Vero Beach Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Okeechobee managed to keep up with Hardee until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Okeechobee came up short against Hardee, falling 4-1. The Brahmans just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Meanwhile, for the first time since back in December of 2024, Vero Beach was forced to settle for a draw on Monday. Neither they nor Jupiter Christian could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

With that draw, Vero Beach's record moves to 8-10-3. As for Okeechobee, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7-1.
