Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Stockbridge). They walked away with a 20-12 win over the Union Grove Wolverines on Monday. This was payback for the Tigers, who suffered a 12-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Although Union Grove took the loss, they still got scores from Alani David and Kayla Hopson.

Stockbridge is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.4 points on average over those games. As for Union Grove, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Stockbridge has already played their next contest, a 20-13 defeat against Ola on the 27th. As for Union Grove, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 33-0 loss against Luella on the 3rd.
