Volleyball Recap: Juanita Sanchez Complex Comes Up Short on the Road Against Barrington

Juanita Sanchez Complex had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 3-1 to the Barrington Eagles on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cavaliers of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2023.

Juanita Sanchez Complex started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-16, 25-13, 25-19.

Juanita Sanchez Complex will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Johnston at 6:30 p.m. on April 18. As for Barrington, they will take on Cranston East at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
