Franklin won the last time they faced Laguna Creek and things went their way on Wednesday too. Everything went the Franklin Wildcats' way against the Laguna Creek Cardinals as the Franklin Wildcats made off with an 87-64 victory. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 games by 20 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Aiden Rollins, who went 8-for-9 en route to 17 points and six assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Hayden Trach, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 12 boards.

Laguna Creek's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Titus King, who went 5-for-10 on his way to 15 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. King has become a key player for Laguna Creek: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least three steals, but 5-19 otherwise. Jaylan Virgil was another key player, going 6-for-11 to rack up 15 points.

The win made it two in a row for Franklin and bumps their season record up to 22-5. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 23 points. As for Laguna Creek, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-20.

Franklin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 62-55 defeat against Monterey Trail on the 14th. As for Laguna Creek, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, an 87-49 loss against Sheldon on the 14th.
