Volleyball Recap: Milton Takes a Loss

Milton lost against Pace back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Patriots.

Pace found their leader in sophomore Liv Riffell, who had 18 digs and three aces. Riffell has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last six times she's played.

Milton dropped their record down to 6-12 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Pace, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Milton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Central on the 4th. As for Pace, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Navarre on the 4th.
