Central Christian hadn't done well against Konos Academy recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Crusaders blew past the Condor 3-0. This was payback for the Crusaders, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

While Central Christian won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 26-24, 25-11.

Central Christian's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-3. As for Konos Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central Christian will head out to take on Lafayette Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Konos Academy, they will venture away from home to challenge Trinity Christian School of Griffin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
