Soccer Recap: Parma Beats Weiser for Their Third Straight Win

Parma barely beat Weiser the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Panthers' defense stepped up to hand the Wolverines a 3-0 shutout on Thursday. The score was close at halftime, but Parma pulled away in the second half with two goals.

Ian Alvarez and Nathan Compas scored all three of Parma's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 16 goals.

The victory (which was Parma's third in a row) raised their record to 5-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those three matchups. As for Weiser, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
