Softball Recap: Harker Heights Takes a Loss

Harker Heights lost against Copperas Cove back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Knights fell just short of the Bulldawgs by a score of 4-3.

Harker Heights saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brianna Warriner, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Harker Heights' loss dropped their record down to 19-9. As for Copperas Cove, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-7.

Coincidentally, Harker Heights and Copperas Cove will both be playing Shoemaker the next time they take the field. The Bulldawgs will host the Wolves at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Knights will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
