Soccer Recap: Parkview Comes Up Short

Parkview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lebanon Yellowjackets. Parkview were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Lebanon earlier this season, when they won 1-0.

Parkview's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Lebanon, they moved to 2-8 with that victory, which also ended their four-match losing streak.

Parkview didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against New Covenant Academy on the 20th. As for Lebanon, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Battle on the 17th.
