Football Recap: Union City Bears vs. Northwestern Wildcats

Union City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 28-6 to the Northwestern Wildcats. The Bears were down 28-0 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Northwestern's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was David White, who rushed for 59 yards and two touchdowns. Northwestern also got a significant boost from Brody Bickenhouser, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 90 yards.
