Indiana high school football rankings: Cathedral, Center Grove remain perfect, hold on to top spots

Brownsburg remains No. 3 after falling 43-42 in overtime to No. 5 Westfield.

The top three schools in this week's Hoosier State high school football rankings stayed the same despite No. 3 Brownsburg dropping to 5-1 on the year after a 43-42 overtime loss to new No. 5 Westfield on Friday. The overtime win jumped the Shamrocks three spots.

Cathedral (Indianapolis) and Center Grove (Greenwood) remain Nos. 1 and 2, respectively. The 6-0 Fighting Irish took care of La Salle 37-28, while the unbeaten Trojans blasted Lawrence Central 66-0.

This week's biggest movers include Southridge (Huntingburg), which jumped eight spots to land at No. 24. No. 15 Decatur Central (Indianapolis) and No. 16 Elkhart each bumped up five spots. Decatur Central beat Plainfield 35-20 and Elkhart moved to 5-0 with a 49-6 win over South Bend St. Joseph.
