Volleyball Recap: Hart Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Hart was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Castaic Coyotes. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Coyotes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Hart took Castaic into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking two-point loss. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-19, 25-8, 19-25, 15-13.

Hart's loss dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Castaic, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-10 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Hart is set to square off against their familiar foe Golden Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Castaic will take on rival Canyon at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
