Baseball Recap: Clairemont Chieftains vs. Varsity Opponent
Clairemont proved they can win big last Wednesday (they won by ten) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Varsity Opponent a 2-0 shutout.

Varsity Opponent's batters probably weren't too happy with Christian Garcia, who pitched a no hitter and racked up 17 Ks (he gave up two walks). Garcia has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
