Soccer Game Preview: Long Beach vs. St. Patrick + Official Tickets

The Long Beach Bearcats will head out to take on the St. Patrick Fighting Irish at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Long Beach is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to five goals on Saturday, they were much more limited against Biloxi on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Indians by a score of 2-1. The match was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Long Beach couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Braiden Bonds, which was the first he's scored this season.

Meanwhile, St. Patrick kept a clean sheet against St. Martin on Thursday. They blew past the Yellow Jackets 5-0. The victory continues a trend for St. Patrick in their matchups with St. Martin: they've now won three in a row.

St. Patrick's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Long Beach, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Long Beach might still be hurting after the 7-0 loss they got from St. Patrick when the teams last played back in November of 2024. Can the Bearcats avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
