Soccer Game Preview: Bowie vs. Lewisville

The Bowie Volunteers will take on the Lewisville Farmers at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday.

Bowie saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell just short of North Side by a score of 4-3. Bowie have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Lewisville, on the other hand, haven't lost since December 29, 2025 and they too continued that trend. Neither they nor Bel Air could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Lewisville's draw makes their record 2-1-3 this season. As for Bowie, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2-1.

Bowie came up short against Lewisville in their previous meeting back in January of 2021, falling 3-1. Can the Volunteers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
