Basketball Recap: Norwell's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Friday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Fort Wayne Wayne, Norwell was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Bellmont Braves by a score of 55-42. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 137th, while the Braves are ranked 391st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Norwell's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Bellmont, they dropped their record down to 1-11 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Norwell has already played their next match (against New Haven), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Bellmont has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Fort Wayne Northrop.
