Baseball Recap: Middletown Takes a Loss

Middletown lost to Bristol Eastern back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Blue Dragons lost 12-3 to the Lancers.

Middletown's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Bristol Eastern, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Middletown will challenge Farmington at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The Blue Dragons' pitchers better be ready for this one: the River Hawks have averaged an impressive 7.1 runs per game this season. As for Bristol Eastern, they will square off against Northwest Catholic at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
