Softball Recap: Mary Louis Academy Comes Up Short

Mary Louis Academy lost against Archbishop Molloy back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Hilltoppers lost 8-1 to the Stanners. The Hilltoppers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mary Louis Academy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mia Valerio, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double.

Mary Louis Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Archbishop Molloy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Coincidentally, Mary Louis Academy and Archbishop Molloy will both be playing Xaverian the next time they take the field. The Stanners will host the Clippers at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Hilltoppers will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
