Gast Made His Presence Known in Alexandria-Monroe's 40-6 Win

Starting off the list is Alexandria-Monroe's Brady Gast, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Gast threw for 210 yards and five touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes, and also rushed for 31 yards.

Gast might have his next game, a home matchup with Wabash, circled on his calendar. Back in August (the last time Gast saw the Apaches), he threw for 306 yards and five touchdowns while completing 87.5% of his passes.

Ah'Lijah Monday's big game helped extend Mississinewa's winning streak to nine on Friday. Monday is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.

Monday is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against Oak Hill on Friday. Monday rushed for 106 yards and five touchdowns, and also picked up 61 receiving yards the last time he and the Golden Eagles duked it out back in September.

Nate Luzadder Delivers Electric Performance Vs Elwood

Nate Luzadder's rushing tear continued on Friday as he dropped his third-straight game with 149+ rushing yards dating back to last season. He rushed for 149 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.8 yards per carry.

Elwood had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Luzadder it was a similar story. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Luzadder saw the Panthers), he rushed for 182 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per carry.

Mason Fuller Makes It Two for Alexandria-Monroe

Another Alexandria-Monroe player making an appearance on this list is Mason Fuller. He made eight total tackles.
