Basketball Recap: Excel Falls Short of Flomaton in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Excel can now relate to. They were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 48-47 to the Flomaton Hurricanes. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Hurricanes earlier this season, when they won 62-37.

Excel's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Flomaton, the win snapped their losing streak at 11 games and leaves them with a 3-14 record.

As of now, neither Excel nor Flomaton have any future games scheduled.
