Soccer Recap: Maclay Plays to a Tie

For the first time since back in November of 2024, Maclay was forced to settle for a draw on Saturday. Neither they nor the River Ridge Royal Knights could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The outcome might've been different if Luke Daunt hadn't been hit with a yellow card, which no doubt limited his ability to make aggressive plays down the stretch.

Maclay's goal came courtesy of Zac Scovotto, who's now up to 23 this season.

Maclay's draw gives them a new season record of 14-1-2. As for River Ridge, they moved theirs to 9-7-2.

As of now, neither Maclay nor River Ridge have any future games scheduled.
