Volleyball Recap: Allen Starts Season with Win Against Flower Mound

Allen had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Flower Mound Jaguars. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

The win didn't come easy: Flower Mound scored at least 22 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-22, 23-25, 25-23, 25-22.

Flower Mound's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Allen will square off against Rockwall-Heath at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday. As for Flower Mound, they will be taking part in a tournament against Rockwall at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
