Soccer Game Preview: West Vigo vs. Edgewood

The West Vigo Vikings will square off against the Edgewood Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. West Vigo will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

West Vigo is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Their defense stepped up to hand Bloomfield a 7-0 shutout on Monday. It was an even better day for Tessa Fern as she scored four goals for her team.

Meanwhile, Edgewood's game on Monday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Bedford North Lawrence, sneaking past 1-0.

Edgewood's win bumped their record up to 11-1-1. As for West Vigo, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5.
