Basketball Recap: North Fork Takes a Loss

North Fork lost against Cedaredge back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The North Fork Miners took a 48-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cedaredge Bruins. The Miners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, North Fork still got an impressive performance from Moss Inman, who went 6 for 15 on his way to 13 points in addition to five boards and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of David Audelo, who posted seven points and five steals.

North Fork's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Cedaredge, their victory bumped their record up to 5-10.

North Fork wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 72-67 defeat against Olathe on the 8th. As for Cedaredge, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 63-47 loss against Grand Valley on the 8th.
