Basketball Game Preview: Patapsco Patriots vs. Towson Generals

Patapsco hasn't had much luck against Towson recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Patapsco Patriots will challenge the Towson Generals. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Patapsco is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Franklin on Monday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Patapsco took a blow against Franklin, falling 54-19. The Patriots were down 45-16 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Meanwhile, Towson had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell to Bryn Mawr 41-36.

Patapsco was taken down by Towson 52-24 in their previous matchup back in December of 2023. Can Patapsco avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
