Basketball Recap: Otterville Takes a Loss

Otterville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 55-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Leeton Bulldogs. The Eagles lost against the Bulldogs in their previous head to head back in December of 2018, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 66-33 score last time.

Otterville's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Leeton, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-12.

Otterville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 60-56 defeat against Jamestown on the 7th. Leeton has also already played their next matchup (against Butler), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
