Basketball Game Preview: Bradley-Bourbonnais Boilermakers vs. Mt. Zion Braves

The Bradley-Bourbonnais Boilermakers will challenge the Mt. Zion Braves at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Bradley-Bourbonnais will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

On Friday, Bradley-Bourbonnais didn't have too much trouble with Lincoln-Way Central as they won 54-37.

Meanwhile, Mt. Zion didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Mahomet-Seymour on Friday, but they still walked away with a 63-57 victory. Given the Braves' advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 55th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 248th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bradley-Bourbonnais' record is now 15-7. As for Mt. Zion, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 16-6.
