Softball Recap: River Ridge Hawks vs. Peninsula Seahawks

River Ridge won against Capital on Monday with nine runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. The Hawks came out on top against the Peninsula Seahawks by a score of 9-6. This was a revenge game for the Hawks: when they faced off against the Seahawks on April 9th, they had to take a 5-4 loss.

Jaylah Sok Vandergriff made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out seven batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits (and only one walk).
