Volleyball Recap: Mishawaka HomeSchool W Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Mishawaka HomeSchool W took on Victory Christian Academy on Saturday. The Wildcats took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Lions recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Bella Herrold was the offensive standout of the game as she had seven digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last eight matchups.

Mishawaka HomeSchool W now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Victory Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

Mishawaka HomeSchool W will square off against South Bend Career Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Victory Christian Academy, they will challenge Heritage Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
