Volleyball Recap: Ritchie County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Ritchie County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Tyler Knights. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rebels of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-16, 25-10.

Ritchie County's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Tyler, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.

Ritchie County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against St. Albans on the 25th. As for Tyler, after both having extra time off, they and Doddridge County will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
