Baseball Game Preview: Bishop Carroll Huskies vs. Clearfield Bison

The Bishop Carroll Huskies will head out on the road to challenge the Clearfield Bison at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Bishop Carroll has given up an average of 12.1 runs per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Bishop Carroll managed to slip by Blacklick Valley the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Huskies lost 14-0 to the Vikings on Wednesday. The Huskies just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Meanwhile, Clearfield didn't have quite enough to beat Huntingdon on Thursday and fell 4-3.

Bishop Carroll's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Clearfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.

Bishop Carroll might still be hurting after the 18-0 loss they got from Clearfield in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Can the Huskies avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
